All Joolz products comply with the international safety and quality standards in the countries where the products are sold. To ensure that you can keep on strolling in happiness with your little one, we offer two types of warranty. Their coverage is the same, only the duration is different. Which warranty applies to you, is explained below.

Joolz lifetime warranty

Joolz offers lifetime warranty on all of its strollers including the Joolz Aer, Joolz Hub, Joolz Day³ & Joolz Geo². Lifetime Warranty is granted if stroller is registered within six months of purchase. Proof of purchase required upon registering.

*Lifetime warranty is valid starting from July 9, 2018.

A 2 year warranty is automatically granted if stroller is not registered within 6 months of purchase. Please note that this lifetime warranty is only valid for the original owner and is not transferable.

We cover all material and manufacturing faults of the Joolz stroller. To ensure that your warranty is valid, the use of your stroller must be in accordance with our user manual and instruction movies.

Joolz two-year warranty

If you do not register your Joolz stroller within six months of purchase, or if your stroller is not eligible for lifetime warranty, you will receive a two-year warranty. Joolz accessories carry a 30 days limited warranty. To be eligible, you have to keep your original proof of purchase, including a purchase date. Similar to the lifetime warranty, this two-year warranty is only valid for the first owner and is not transferable.

The warranty covers all material and manufacturing faults. To ensure that your warranty is valid, the use of your stroller must be in accordance with our user manual and instruction movies. Please note any repairs do not extend the two-year warranty period.

What do I have to do to get a Joolz lifetime warranty?

Joolz offers lifetime warranty on a selection of its strollers: Joolz Day³, Joolz Hub, Joolz Geo² & Joolz Aer. To be eligible for the lifetime warranty, all you have to do is register your Joolz stroller on register.joolz.com within six months of purchase and keep your original proof of purchase, including a purchase date. By registering your Joolz stroller, you explicitly agree to the terms of the lifetime warranty forth herein. Please note that this lifetime warranty is only valid for the original owner and is not transferable. For availability of the lifetime warranty in your country, please check our website. If you don’t register your stroller for the lifetime warranty, you default to a 2 year warranty. We cover all material and manufacturing faults of the Joolz stroller. To ensure that your warranty is valid, the use of your stroller must be in accordance with our user manual and instruction movies.

What is covered by Joolz lifetime or 2 year warranty?

What is NOT covered by Joolz’ two-year or lifetime warranty?
Our warranty does not cover:
(1) Defects caused by ordinary wear and tear, such as worn wheels and fabrics by everyday use, scratches on the aluminium and/or metal and natural discoloration of materials over time or by not following the maintenance instructions
(2) Damage to wheels such as holes and tears
(3) Damage caused by accidents, improper use, negligence, fire, contact with liquids or another external cause
(4) Damage resulting from non-compliance with the instruction manual, instruction movies or other Joolz guidelines
(5) Damage caused by another product, including accessories
(6) Damage by service or repair by an unofficial representative of Joolz
(7) Theft
(8) Air transportation or freight damage

This warranty is limited to consumer – buyers of the product for their personal use, personal family or household purposes. This warranty does not extend to unauthorized purchasers of the product intended for resale or for purchasers who intend to use this product for commercial use such as rental of the product to others.The warranty does not apply when the stroller is bought at an un-authorized retailer. Do accessories have a lifetime warranty?
No. All accessories have a 30 day limited warranty period.
